Zen & the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance
This book took me a long time to read, and an even longer time to digest.
The afterword in particular resonated with me deeply.
So did the main character, Phaedrus, over and over, more and more as the book went on.
As someone who rejects most aspects of conservatism and traditionalism but agrees that hippie culture might also be missing the mark by falling too far into degeneracy, I found solace, hope, and comfort in these pages.
